從三峽市區騎自行車前往滿月圓，先經由台3線往白雞方向轉進北111道路，再轉入北114道路，刻意避開了著名的跑山勝地台7乙線，雖然北111、北114道路不寬，但沿路車輛不多，到滿月圓的路上大部分都是緩上坡，坡度起伏不大，屬於溪谷旁的道路，而且樹蔭很多、很涼爽，沿線的景點也多，有大板根森林遊樂園、大豹溪烤肉區、樂樂谷，非常適合騎自行車，快到達滿月圓收費管理站前400-500公尺就會先看到遊樂區的停車場，再前進大約200公尺左右車子就必須迴轉不能夠進入，在這裡旁邊有一些賣餐點和農特產品的攤位，遊客必需下車步行250公尺左右才能到達收費管理站。 滿月圓國家森林遊樂區入園門票的收費全票要NT$100，不會太貴，森林遊樂區內好山好水，可以吸收很多的芬多精。不過這次是騎自行車來，只稍微休息一下就返回了，下次可以帶...

來這裡建議一定要走到最後面哦！因為步道後半段會進入完全可遮陽的樹蔭區，到最後又有超美瀑布可觀賞，雖然有階梯但不會很陡，慢慢爬都可以到達的，路程不遠。 (相對來說，步道前半段就只能聽聽溪流聲，沒有什麼風景，雖然有樹但無法完全遮蔽步道，所以夏天還是會有點曬)
