Loved the place that we could also make our OWN pineapple cakes.
One of the few factories that opened its doors to group tours, allowing many others to try their hands. The batter, mould and packaging are all prepared so that u have less mess and less wrong worries.
We actually took this package from Klook and the last stop was at this factory. We sure had fun making our own share of pinepapple cakes. And the best part of it all, u get to bring then back home.. And sinz it is in the factory, we bought more... There are actually good deals here and we lots were bought home..
And with us loving snacks like these at home, im pretty sure many others would love it too. Go on n try to see and even make your own pineapple cake.. U will understand what we mean.. Cheers!!
Psst, the place is certified Halal
So ya, cheers!!!

Read moreThis was a really fun Taipei, traditional dessert making museum. I came here because of a trip.com to and I enjoyed every second of it we were taught how to make a pineapple pancakes and we got to take it home with us. Unfortunately, we arrive and it was the evening and mostly the entire factory was closed so there was not much people except for us
This is especially a must go if you want to like go in death learning about how Taiwanese traditional sort of meat and that was also a gift shop where people could buy at a slightly lower price. However, I recommend only people who really want to know about Taiwanese culture to come and have an extended stay here as this place is very far away from the main tourism area of Taipei and it is almost certain you have to take a taxi...
Read moreThere's no place that screams tourist trap / scam more than here. We were brought here as the last stop of our tour, and was heavily advertised as the best place to get the pineapple tarts and other baked goods from. The taste is not good, and the prices are more expensive than the traditional pastry shops in Taiwan ; and given the heavy Japanese influence on the premises and product packaging, it just doesn't seem right to buy Taiwanese souvenirs from this place. I would recommend skipping this place or even avoiding the tour that includes this spot as it wasted at least 50 mins of our time (travelling to this place and back to tai pei) for sub...
