Very modern and has a lot of artifacts about Buddhism. Every room has an attendant and some of them can speak English (3rd and 2nd floor) and they were able to help us understand and appreciate history.
They have a 10 minute video presentation and I'm impressed. The display fills the whole white room.
Admission is $200 (twd) per person. But it's free if you're a senior citizen (65 and up) and I think discounted if you're a student.

Read moreThis is part two of the World Museum after you visit the main one. This place hosts all wooden buddhas instead and still impressive to see after the first museum. We had fun doing the activities and got the little prize at the end. No photographs allowed and we respected it. We enjoyed it overall.
Don't forget to walk toward the amazing garden and the monastery to see the amazing temple to finish...

It collects representaive buddha statues from early ages of India to the recent ages of China. Most collections are in great condition, and you can get some understanding of budda statue building history with the tour guide provided by the museum self. Don’t miss it.
