Guanyin Falls — Attraction in Puli Township

Perfect hike up the path about 20-30mins, medium difficulty, good for all ages to accomplish. There’s a parking lot at the entrance catered for 15-20 cars and a smelly bathroom. Cross the road be careful of oncoming cars from both sides at high speed. Just 5 mins down the path, you already get to see a waterfall, good for those lazy people. However if you wish to complete it, an exercise up the path will reward you. At the final destination, the waterfall is just pouring down heavenly and the mist will definitely cool you...

A very short, steep walk to the top. There are many places to stop along the way and see different stages of the waterfall. I went early morning after the rain and it was extremely slippery. Bring shoes that won't slip on wet, flat rocks if you can. Although this isn't a long hike, or a difficult one, I wouldn't say it is suitable for children because there are many places to easily fall, with no barrier...

Children friendly beautiful waterfall. Parking is by the road, next to a bridge. It takes around 25 minutes to get to the top, with just the last bit quite stif, totally worth it, as when you get to the top the mist would refresh you.
