先說，這是我第一次溯溪，所以其實無從比較，只能依這次的感受來分享。這次的行程是在非旺季的 3/12，選擇了適合新手的碧旦峽谷。 （題外話，即便新手路線，溯溪本屬高風險戶外活動，建議自行投保特定活動險） 一開始，教練先帶著我們慢慢適應水溫，在平緩處體驗基礎版的溜滑梯，等大家都熟悉之後，才真正深入峽谷秘境。途中會遇到各種挑戰：攀岩、抓繩逆流而上、跳水、溜滑梯（怎麼溯上去，就怎麼溜回來），每一個關卡，教練都會在旁協助與確保，他們專業細心、技術純熟，且充滿耐心與熱情，讓我們越來越放心，只要跟著指令走，就能盡情享受這場冒險。全程是歡笑不斷、超級好玩！重點，一路上幫我們拍照記錄，使這趟旅程不只是難忘，還留下很美好的回憶！ 然後祕境，確實令人驚艷，我們全程包場，整個峽谷都是我們的！兩側山林環抱，眼前是嶙峋巨石，身前、身後不是湍急溪流拍打岩石的啪㗳聲，就是碧綠透著一抹Tiffany藍的靜謐深潭！ 最後，特別感謝當天的教練們，真的辛苦了，謝謝！

這次前往金岳瀑布的朔溪行程全程都非常開心，兩位教練非常用心的跟我們講解注意事項，全程非常注意我們的腳程及人身安全，儘管過程需要經過攀爬、涉水、但在旅程中邊欣賞著美景以及沐浴在山林溪水間真的彷彿置身於仙境，尤其抵達最終目的地「金岳瀑布」，那一刻真的很感動無法用言語形容，更別說回程時教練一連帶我們體驗了五米高的跳水以及好幾個天然滑水道，尤其這趟旅程中還帶了我與女友的寶貝毛孩凱爾（全程有使用安全係數高的橫背式後背袋背著，保證不傷及脊椎），跳水時教練也非常貼心的使用安全繩索讓我們的寶貝體驗了一把高空垂降，我印象最深刻的是在回程抵達終點前，教練特地提醒我們最後一小段路雖然不長，但最後有許多人在回程時容易因為放鬆而不小心在涉水過程中滑倒受傷，要我們小心安全，整個過程都非常舒服且有安全感，非常感謝兩位教練讓我們有了這次完美的體驗，成為征服金岳瀑布的四個人類與狗，期待下次來南澳體驗另外一條扇子瀑布⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
