六號和七號步道共用一個停車場，入口分別在一左一右兩邊，不管要爬六號或七號，都先導航「大坑六號停車場」，把車開過去停好，車位沒有很多，大約可停30幾台，週五早上9點抵達，剩下2-3個邊緣車位，你可以決定要6上7下或7上6下，研究完評論，「7上6下」相對比較輕鬆。 7/15當天停車場廁所正在整修封閉，只有流動廁所，我不是很敢上，不過山上有廁所，滿乾淨，可以忍到山上再解決，上山大約30分鐘，一路上坡，沿途都有樹蔭，我覺得非常涼爽，不過還是爬的大汗淋灕，可能是確診後遺症，體力不如以往。 在風動石公園找到廁所，上完廁所後在涼亭旁長椅休息了10分鐘，轉往大坑六號步道下山，沿途開始下坡樓梯攻略，說實在樓梯也太多，走到小腿肌發顫，又到觀音亭休息20分鐘坐搖椅，沿途每個觀景台都上去看一下吹吹涼風，喝喝水，觀景台可以看到山下的海市蜃樓，和旁邊的一片青山，呈現強烈對比。 等到下山已經接近11點整，7上6下總共花了2小時，沿途一群廢才不斷休息，我們就是保持輕鬆自在心情，我只能說比不上爬大坑2號的累，但也不輕鬆，才知道評論不騙人，如果6號上，可能光...
