One of the hidden gems of Taichung. This was a former railway track transformed into a bikeway. It feels so awesome biking the bike lane seeing the Taiwanese landscape passing by, fields of fruit trees, houses and the riverside. If you do not like renting bike from the shops, you might consider to rent an iBike as well! The closest station in Fengyuan is Ciji Park, also there is a station in Shigang district and three stations near the Hakka Cultural...

DongFeng Bikeway became a memorable and great place for me. I really had one of the best experience in my life there. You can enjoy the view and the weather there by riding a bicycle. You can also try many foods there... it was delicious too Eventhough ive spent my time here on weekday, it was crowded too...

Tips: For tourism you need to bring a translator...

Mostly flat terrain shaded by trees, with beautiful views. We started from the west end towards the east. The returned trip was surprisingly more leisurely as it’s a gentle slope that saves you a lot of effort.

DongFeng Terrain is 13.6km one way. If you have the time, could combine HouFeng (5.8 KM) and DongFeng bikeway to have the best of...

DongFeng Bikeway became a memorable and great place for me. I really had one of the best experience in my life there. You can enjoy the view and the weather there by riding a bicycle. You can also try many foods there... it was delicious too~~ Eventhough ive spent my time here on weekday, it was crowded too... Tips: For tourism you need to bring a translator (app/person)
