(1)適合全家大小來走。簡單的步道 (2)行動不便者可在前面的10分鐘步道休息看風景。因為後面都有階梯。 (3)用地圖找翠山步道時,古哥會帶到另外一個地方。確保你中社路二段走到底不要左轉就到了。那裡路邊都可停車。 (4)路口處有流動廁所 (5)還有公車站。似乎還蠻頻繁的公車時間。 (6)如果帶孩子來玩,很安全。建議把孩子在這裡放下後,由一個大人把車開到太陽廣場停車,這樣孩子就不用從這裡開始走,最終到太陽廣場(大概1小時,走走停停)集合回家。如果要孩子再走回來,大人可能要費很多口舌或可能要用抱的。沿路除了一小段有風景外,其他都是步道景色。 整體來說,這個步道很容易走,沒有爬山或爬石頭。主要都有木板,還有一些階梯。階梯與平面比例大概是1比三。所以平面多些。也不會太熱。因為都在樹底下。原則是有叉路,就往左走。因為往右,就會到馬路。 太陽廣場也就看石頭屋。如果你要看石頭屋,就直接開車過去吧。不過,如果你想爬大崙頭山,可以從太陽廣場這裡開始走上去一小時就到。我下次會這樣做。所以就不用從翠山步道路口走。今天從翠山步道走到太陽廣場,大概走了6公里(來回),不是很長,也不過是6千多步。很輕鬆,也沒流什麼汗。適合大小一起來走走運動。
It took me about 6km to walk back and forth. High recommend for those who want easy walk for an hour or so. (1) This trail is suitable for family. It is suitable for kids as well. Simple and well planned path. It is very easy walk. (2) For those who needs walking aids, you could still walk on this trail but probably for 15mins as the rest of the trails are steps or stairs. However, even at that resting area, the scenery is beautiful. The rest of the area are more on trees and you don’t get that scenic view as you would get in the first resting area. (3) If you use google map to search for the entrance, it might bring you to another location which is near a park. Well, when you are on Zhongshe road section 2, just keep going straight till the end of this road. That will be the entrance. (4) The entrance to the trail has two mobile toilets. No toilets inside the hill. (5) There is a bus stop here and looks like the bus comes quite often. If you don’t drive, you can see come over here via public bus. (6) If you plan to bring kids here, that would be great for them. However, if your kids are not that kind who are willing to continue after 1 hour, then you may want to plan it this way: Drop them at this entrance Zhongshe road section 2. They will start from here and keep walking till the Sun Plaza area. This will take about one hour or so, depending on how they walk and play. One adult will drive the car and park at the Sun Plaza to wait for them. In this way, they do not need to walk all the way back.
In general, this place is very good for family outing. It is so easy and mostly flat with some stairs. It is also very safe and well maintained. You could still walk to the mountain top called DaLun Tou Mountain but if time does not permit, I would suggest you park the car at the Sun Plaza area and start your hiking from there to Dalun Tou Mountain. It will take about one hour to reach the top. That will be my plan and I will share with you later.

Read more🤡2025/02/28再訪:看到上一次的再訪時間又過了一年,事實上這一年變懶了,好像是一直都沒再來過了,直到上週三看天氣好,氣溫回升些許,就提起勁兒,從中社路二段入口走到長壽坡,大約一半的路程,就沒再往下去,因考慮太久沒健行登山怕腿力不繼,回程上坡可不好惹,就在長壽坡折回,看看運動錶,來回也走了3公里! 今(28)日天氣更佳,下午4:10才到登山口,鼓足勇氣走到太陽廣場,擔心天黑,稍作休息即走回頭路,6點正回到車邊,雖然花費時間比前幾年都多,但5.8公里山路還是走完了!「知難行易」!雖不能說「易」,但怕年級大了會走不動,就會越來越怕!越來越懶!起而行不也順利完成,為了提升免疫力,為了避免老人痴呆,就再接再勵吧! 🤡再訪:時隔至少半年,看到日來陽光燦爛,也就再走一回,近半年較少健行與健身,今天由中社路2段入口,走到太陽廣場,竟然花了45分走(過去35分就夠了),回程上坡多花了約1個小時(過去記錄約45分)途中還休息兩次,顯然到這年紀若缺乏鍛鍊,體能明顯下降,看來真的是歲月不饒人啊! 今在太陽廣場,看了關於「石頭厝」的介紹,就跟想像一樣,是個有久遠故事的房子,另在石頭厝門外屋內,也有關台北地形的分析與介紹,但內容太專業與深了點,非小民能懂!(2024/02/17) 正確的說法,應該是翠山步道+碧溪步道因這兩條步道是連接的,理論上來說是由中社路2段底進翠山步道,在經過「警用靶場」後就是進入碧溪步道,一路到底是「太陽廣場」,當然也可倒過來由太陽廣場進,從中社路底出,那裡有255公車,不過步道途中會遇到「大崙尾山」的岔道,但一樣終點都回中社路2段。 我個人非常推崇這條步道,平緩易走,步道維護優良,大部分路途皆走在樹林中,稱得上是「五星級步道」,由中社路入口算到太陽廣場是2.8 K,所以來回約5.7...
