Amazing and beautiful zoo that's easy to access and huge...pity the upkeep has made it look very old and not well kept...

Much needs to be done to spruce up the property. When I visited here 8 years ago I had little complaints. Now it's totally infested with scary ants everywhere. And i mean literally everywhere. All signs all rails all seats are covered with unending lines of ants!

I guess they need to import more anteaters and let them run loose for a...

One of the terminus stations for the Brown Line, this station is popular since it's located right next to Taipei Zoo and the Maokong Gondola/Cable Car. And since this station is located about 10 stations away from the nearest MRT interchange station [Da'an], don't expect that many people to board, especially if it's tourists. 本站臨近木柵動物園與貓空纜車動物園站，公車站位於捷運站出口的馬路中央，公車站為島式月台。本站的配置為兩座側式月台，左邊（靠近服務台）是不提供載客服務的下車處，往南港展覽館方面的旅客請在右邊的月台候車，有手扶梯、電梯與樓梯，方便無障礙朋友使用。

從捷運站往貓空纜車動物園站與木柵動物園站皆只需五分鐘即可抵達！

Zoo Station (Muzha Zoo) is a MRT station located in Wanxingli, Wenshan District, Taipei City. It is the starting and ending station of the Taipei MRT Wenhu Line (BR). The station number is BL01 and it was opened on March 28, 1996. The operating hours are from 6:00 am to midnight (06:00-24:00).

This station is close to Muzha Zoo and Maokong Gondola Zoo Station. The bus stop is located in the middle of the road at the exit of the MRT station. The bus stop is an island platform. The station is configured with two side platforms. The left side (near the service counter) is the alighting area without passenger service. Passengers heading to the Nangang Exhibition Center should wait on the right platform. There are escalators, elevators and Stairs are available for barrier-free use.

It only takes 5 minutes from the MRT station to Maokong Gondola Zoo Station and Muzha...
