It's an interesting, well-preserved relic of an industry which used to be Taiwan's biggest. Entry is free and there are small trains departing every hour. The steam hauled train runs on Sundays and holidays only.
Worth mentioning that a large section of the connecting railway is closed, meaning that the tourist trains cover only about ⅓ of the original route. Too sad, because tickets cost the same.

For taste, it's not like what it was when I was young about 10 years age. Now I prefer go the Family store which is just next by this store and sell ice-cream too.
