A must visit beach. Usually you will find very less people or no people at all. It's a shallow beach. Changing rooms and bathrooms are clean and much more better than Aimen or other well known beaches in Penghu. Surrounded by greenery and a spectacular view of sea. It's just awesome.

We went to beach at 9AM and complete beach was for ourself. Shallow water beach and it should have been the famous beach instead of few other famous beach in penghu. Kinda secret beach. Beach also have spotless changing and shower room for men and women.

Here is one of the superlative beaches in Penghu. Neian beach has a delightful hill frontage, and the hill has laid wooden trails. Neian beach is facing the northwestern, therefore here is not directly affected by the northeast monsoon and the southwest warm current. The current is relatively stable and the beach slope is gentle, which is very suitable for swimming. Most important is you can use the public shower facility to clean yourself, so please enjoy here. 我認為是澎湖最美沙灘之一，這裡依山傍海，搭配新建的步道拍起來，非常有味道。內垵沙灘面西北邊，沒有直接受東北季風及西南暖流影響，海流相較穩定且海灘坡度平緩，很適合游泳。最重要的是，這裡有免費的淋浴間，而且還蠻乾淨的。這裡是一個非常友善的沙灘，請各位好好珍惜。

Nice beach and less visitors. You can go down to the shoal which is crystal clear underpaying shells and basalt.

這個地點的沙灘很乾淨，水以蠻淺的， 讓小朋友在這邊浮潛看看海底世界相當不錯， 上方的步道也有幾個休息的涼亭， 可以把東西都放在裡面不一定要自己搭營帳。 距離馬公市區大約半個小時， 附近沒有什麼吃的東西最好要回到市區用餐， 停車場離沙灘有一小段距離，大概走個3分鐘吧， 上面有公共廁所跟沖洗的地方， 算是很方便可以把自己身體弄乾淨。 記得我們去的當天有看到夕陽，夏天大概要7點太陽才會下山， 小朋友大概4點多開始玩可以玩得很過癮， 這裡的浪況相對山水沙灘來講是比較平和的， 大概要走出去100公尺才會有比較深的地方， 漲潮的時間也避開了我們遊玩的時間。 是個非常值得一去的沙灘， 如果浮潛下去礁岩上到處是寄居蟹跟海膽， 也抓的到海參但是魚的數量比較少。

最近上網才知道這個內垵遊憩區 想說不會又是個蚊子設施吧 但還是要去看看 在澎湖我最喜歡的沙灘是林投公園和山水沙灘 這次去了內垵遊憩區 它應該可以列入北環必去的沙灘 真的很美上面有免費的淋浴設施有廁所更衣室洗腳池 下面有涼亭可以讓人避暑 不然澎湖太陽會毒死女人的 再說它的沙灘是屬於平緩型的沙灘 很好走比較不會沙子卡鞋子 旁邊的岩石區有豐富的潮間帶 小孩去那玩水會比較安全不怕被浪沖走 如果要去的話要注意漲退潮 另外希望不要破壞生態及亂撿貝殼唷 讓我們的下一代也能夠欣賞這麼美麗的自然
