來到櫃檯要拿房間鑰匙，櫃檯人員的回應是，鑰匙被你們主辦單位拿走嘍！請櫃檯人員能否幫忙協助先開門，讓我們進房放置行李，並稍做休息，該名員工則是一臉不悅的出櫃檯上樓，開了第一間轉身就要走，完全不顧走在後面其他房間的我們，也從事飯店服務業的我，從不知道服務是這樣做的，幫客人開門，會是一件讓服務人員可以繃著一張不悅的臉色，我原以為在這歡樂清幽的樂園渡假可以放鬆心情，沒想到該樂園的服務，對待遊客/住客的態度服務的方式會是如此... 用餐時，羹湯裡竟然有塊塑膠片，假使被老人家或幼童給囫圇吞棗的嚥下的話，後果真不敢想像

香格里拉有良好的露營場地，所以要隔宿露營的學校幾乎都選擇這裡。這裡的各種露營設備都很完善，集合場空間很大，至少可以坐800個人。衛浴空間規劃是浴室和廁所分開，很乾淨。醫護站雖然簡便但卻很細心，隨時待命。炊事區範圍很大，但走道稍微窄了一點，需要小心行走。園區內的各種遊樂設施及商店都滿不錯，商店及販賣機物價稍高。夏天到了，園區內會有椿象出沒，小心不要被牠的汁液噴到，以免受傷。園區內蚊蟲多，太陽強烈，建議攜帶防蚊液及防曬油。
