Great place to stop and walk around although slightly overpriced. So we visited this place in September 2021. It 's great to do the treetop walk which gives you very beautiful views and a real different safari experience. Besides the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside, I think its pricy. We paid 54$ per person. Partly (if I remember correctly 24$ Park entry) and partly acces to the walkway. If you visit the park, might be interesting to combine. We didn't book anything in advance and just arrived at the place during office hours. We could start the guided tour straight away.

Had some fantastic photo opportunities with the tree climbing Lions and the Blue Monkeys for which the area is known. Saw many Bush Elephant and a few Bush Giraffes the lake itself is vast. A bumpy climb through the Rift Valley but it is well worth it

We visited the Tree Top Walk in August, on our way out of Lake Manyara National Park. The walk is situated at the gate to the park, so it also offers toilets, a little shop and a few drink/food items for purchase, which makes it a great place to stop and have lunch. The walk is a GREAT activity! It got us out of the safari vehicle and into a forest for a relaxing (and shaded) walk in the canopy of beautiful and massive trees. Our guide (Moses, I believe) was knowledgeable about the bridges and structures as well as the trees and the wildlife. We were there in the busy season and it was not crowded at all, the activity was pre-paid and pre-boked as part of our itinerary. I'm so glad that our tour operator suggested...

Non African visitors, watch out!! At the entrance of the national park and while we were waiting for guide to get the paperwork done there is a sign clearly stating the rates for all activities in the park. Among them the Tree Top Walkway. The rate is $15 per person. When I asked our guide, he asked the people there and he told me that the rate is $52!!!! Per person. When I showed him the sign he told me that the sign was old. Really?! Of course I didn’t accept to pay that much as I felt they trying to rip me off. They have to update the sign at the entrance with the correct prices or to stop fooling people. This review is just for the treetop walkway. The park itself was great....
