The entry fee to the island is 2500 for the locals and 26,000 for foreigners (If I am not mistaken) They are still building up the place so washroom facilities are poor, keep that in mind if you are picky about such stuff. They discourage bringing food from outside (to support the local food vendors) but drinks and snacks are not an issue. They have a few bandas with tables and chairs which you can rent out on arrival but if you want one right by the beach come early as they run out fast.
