We had an amazing 4 night stay here with our 2 adult children. A fully immersive experience- elephants, baboons, impala amongst other creatures coming right through the camp, and we had an excellent guide and driver-we saw leopard 5 times and had lots of fun elephant tracking! Boat safari (Think I have seen enough crocs and hippos to last me a while).. and a walking safari too… (hyena poo is white because of their bone crunching!). The camp is very comfortable, and very friendly. Evening meals are at a big table all together, under the stars, flanked by campfires, with Masai to take us safely back to our tents. Tents are en-suite, with the (very nice) shower open to the sky. Thanks...
Read moreI was there with my wife for our hooney moon, it was just incredible, like thousan years from all we know, so close from the nature of tanzania. The experience is totally immersive. There ... forget your wifi, your data, just enjoy the moment and also be careful. We saw lion, impala, crocodile, elephant, buffalo and so many other animals. Regarding the camp itself, it was even better than what we thought. The tent are confortable and everyone in the camp (i mean the massaï and the staff) do everything to make you feel safe but never forget that you are in the animal territory. During the lunch, an elephant invite itself around us 😅. I am so glad to had the...
Read moreWe had the most incredible 3 nights at Lake Manze! The camp itself is gorgeous, and it is very exciting to see the animals wandering past your tent (our personal highlight being seeing a hyena at dinner). Shaun and Millie are brilliant and so welcoming, as are all of the staff. Our driver Emmanuel and our guide Enos were fantastic on game drives, both so knowledgeable and friendly. We saw everything we could have wanted and more, even being lucky enough to watch a leopard prowl around for a good 10 minutes. We highly recommend Lake Manze camp to anyone wishing for a perfect experience in Nyerere...
