Went there on Oct 29. As you can see from pics the waterfalls are now reduced to a thin stream. You can get a good back massage on the one at the upper level. Nevertheless the place is worth to visit for its peculiar geography, with massive black flat rocks. Someone was also using the stream connecting the 2 levels to slide for a fee meters. You can park at any of the 2 parking spots well signposted: boats leave from both points (50B return ticket for foreigners, 30B for locals). Boat trip is 5 mins. You can ask the guy at the waterfall entrance (after the boat ride) to call for the right boat to take you back at the parking. Shame that even now that falls are dry the entrance fee for foreigners is an outrageous 200B!!!! Which is 7 (SEVEN !!!) times what a local pays....this is an unbelievable discrimination, i don't know how local government allows this gangsta behaviour. This is one of the fee things i don't like in Thailand. Pay twice or 3 times is ok for me, but 7 times is...

Definitely worth a visit when in Bueng...
