We have visited here twice now. Whether it is raining or not, it has different effects on us. The sound of the rain in nature and the birds singing around these old trees. The temple is solemn, and I believe it is one of the quietest temples to pray or meditate.
The owner of the hotel nearby recommended this temple and told us it is popular because of the huge tree, which you can walk through.
There is also a wooden hanging bridge, which I believe needs to be renovated because the woods are slowly deteriorating.
The rocky river next to it creates another level of relaxation just by sitting and staring at it.
I highly recommend this place.

There’s is a waterfall hike, but most people just walk the bridge and take photos. On the other side of the temple is a short walk to the 200-350 year old tree(s). Fairly busy temple, we waited in line for our photo opportunity.
It’s hot, humid, usually a bit wet from the rain and a temple so dress accordingly. Bring comfortable walking shoes that can get a little dirty/muddy.
Prepare 2-3 hrs to take your time and hike the entire loop. Or just 1hr if you’re just hanging around the temple, see the bridge and ancient trees.
