Officers are everywhere, restricting you to walk here and there, and also there. I guess I saw a hundred of "No entry" signs. All the buildings (no exceptions) are closed for public, moreover, more than 50% of them are not accessible even from the outside (meaning that section of the park is closed, too). So literally all you can see is some portion of the park, which is open for the mere mortals. The park is pretty but nothing special at all, any provincial park in Europe is way better.
