Huay Tueng Thao Sculpture Park — Attraction in Chiang Mai Province

Nice way to spend an afternoon or a few hours. It's cheap to get in, and you can go all the way around the lake and see what restaurants the area has to offer. The sculptures are cool to see and great for taking photos. The large ape sculptures all have stairs and platforms, so you can take cool photos of yourself up there. The location is beautiful. Just open fields and blue skies surrounded by mountains. Not too far from Chiang Mai, this is a great place to come experience the natural beauty...

A large park and lake with animal sculptures made from straw coloured material. Also a large picnic area, where you can bring your own food, blankets etc. But mostly Straw Huts, floor seating, tables and a large Thai menu ( can have an English version), cheap priced food and beer. You can drive around turning right or left as you enter. Huge areas of Huts to choose from. Lake where some people swim, but not sure of its cleanliness. Paddle boating and Zip Lining also advertised but not...

Situated 15kms outside of Chiang Mai this attraction is the ideal location to spend half a day experiencing all that this area has to offer.

When you finish your walk why not stop at one of the many waterside restaurants for a tasty bite to eat, a cool drink and the perfect end to your day out.

The sheep are extremely dirty, don’t eat near the sheep you might vomit because the bad smells.
