Pha Chor (Pha = cliff) is a natural phenomena caused by an Earth's plates uplift and by erosion of wind and rain. The 30 meters brownish-yellow canyon stands beautifully contrast with the greenery trees and blue sky
You will need to take 500m walk (the path were mostly soil) from the parking lot to the viewpoint. Wear a suitable clothes and shoes as it will be very hot during the day. Plan a trip to visit there in the morning is the most recommended and stay hydrate!

We parked at car park 1, from here we descended the hill (which you unfortunately have to climb up on your way back, parking on carpark 3 would avoid the way up again) the distance to the main attraction from both parking lots is approximately the same.
Once arrived you're like in a small canyon and while the view is nice, not spectacular you will be done here in a few minutes and follow the exit signs back to where you came from.

Read moreReally amazing canyon views. Atop the viewpoint before you head down the trail you see lushess green trees for long stretches. We parked at Parking lot 1 without knowing about lot 3 being stairless so I can confirm the starting point from lot 1 involves many stairs down. The walk is an easy trail, easy enough for kids and just some stairs up to the top of the canyon view before making your way down the right side of the canyon. When you get to the steep stairs that lead up to the canyon there is a split that goes right - if you are curious this is just the exit from the canyon so stick to the stairs that go up on the left.
