Singha Park, Chiang Rai: A Stunning Gem in Northern Thailand
Singha Park in Chiang Rai is truly one of the most beautiful landscapes I have ever experienced in Thailand. The cool morning temperature of 14 degrees Celsius adds a refreshing charm, making it perfect for outdoor activities.
One of the highlights of this park is the breathtaking cosmos flower fields, which bloom vibrantly and create a picturesque scene that’s a feast for the eyes. Alongside the flowers, the park features well-maintained running and cycling tracks, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the natural beauty while staying active.
What makes this place even more special is its accessibility—Singha Park is free for everyone to enjoy. I am truly grateful to the park’s owners for providing such a wonderful space for the public. It’s a perfect spot for families, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone looking to relax and connect with nature.

Read moreLast weekend, my family and I decided to escape the city and explore Singha Park in Chiang Rai. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were hoping for a fun day out in nature. And boy, did Singha Park deliver!
Rolling hills of green: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the most breathtaking sight – endless rolling hills covered in emerald green tea plantations. It was like stepping into a picture postcard!
Animal encounters: Next stop, the animal farm! My kid absolutely loved feeding the friendly zebras, gentle goats, bunnies, sheep and piggies.
Easy exploration: Getting around the park was a breeze. We preferred a hop-on-hop-off cart for a flexible self-guided tour, stopping at all the key points of interest. But you could also rent a golf cart if you prefer a more flexible approach.
It's a fantastic day trip from Chiang Rai, especially for...
Read moreAn awesome place. There are cafes and restrooms too. But for Muslim, it will be difficult for us to take prayers here cos there is no space provided for us to pray. You have to come before 5 pm to get the bus tour around the park. You just need to pay for 50 baht and you will get the seat in the bus (which you need to be fast cos it's a scramble seat) + drink. You will be brought to the flowers and fruit fields + small zoo where there are girraffes and buffalos with long and big horns (like those in some regions in Indonesia). You will also see some geese, ducks and birds on the pond. They will have some special events in December, Januari...
