Read moreThere is no email or website for me to contact you so instead I have to write on here. We visited your farm yesterday and in terms of attractions the animals were great for young children to see. However in terms of safety I have scored much lower. My husband hit his head badly on one of the roof structures by the animal enclosure. The metal frame holding the roof up was rusty and cut into his head. We had to rush to the hospital where he had 7 metal staples put into his head. He cannot fly so he cannot return to work for at least 7 days - and we have to return to the hospital every day.
Not only this but when I asked your staff for first aid help, they helped to get the box but no one seemed to be appointed the first aid person. They didn’t know what to do and instead kept saying the other should do it and no one did anything to help. in the end just slowly passed us a cotton pad. I speak and understand Thai so I understood everything they were saying. This is extremely unacceptable for an attraction which is catered towards families and children. I am writing this because you NEED TO CHANGE this immediately. There needs to be a dedicated first aid person who is confident to handle any accidents before they can get to a hospital or ambulance. You have animals and children in the same area, you MUST be more responsible!! And I strongly advise you to relook at your structures before someone else gets hurt or anything more...
