I recently visited the Space Science Museum and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The ticket prices are very affordable, with a fee of only 50 THB and free admission for those over 60 years of age. The museum itself is not very large, with just two floors, which can be easily explored in about an hour.

While there were a few key activities such as VR and simulation machines that had long queues, the experience was worth the wait. Additionally, the museum has a fantastic coffee shop inside where visitors can grab a quick bite or sip on some coffee while enjoying the exhibits.

One of the biggest perks of visiting the Space Science Museum is the abundance of parking spaces, which makes it a convenient destination for those driving their own vehicles. Moreover, it's an excellent place to visit during the rainy season as you can avoid being outside while still enjoying a fun and educational experience.

The only downside to the museum was the abundance of knowledge posters with small fonts, which may not be easy to read for young children below the age of 7. It would have been better if they had simplified the information or made it more engaging for young visitors.

Overall, I highly recommend the Space Science Museum for anyone interested in space and science. It's an affordable, convenient, and educational destination that offers a unique experience for visitors...

I brought my kid there when he was at different ages. We visited Space Inspirium on weekend (day-time) when he was little. Recently, we’ve checked in at night during the special event called Night Musuem on Dec 20’2024 when my kid is almost 10.

A day-visit for little ones on weekend just let my kid enjoy whatever he saw (at that age) since media inside can motivate him to explore more about planets and space. Best experiences for young children. Some zones were designed for adults. So, it is also fun for parents. there are not too many stations. We spent roughly 2-3 hours for all activities. not overcrowded.

Special event — A night-visit with a 4th grade kid. he enjoyed much more as many activities suit his age although some zones were closed that night, Areas in building may have lighting designed based on daylight as we experienced some boards were too dark to read information. However, we had much more fun doing missions in each zone. Cosmo Cafe’to : tasty drinks at...

A good place to take kids to enhance their knowledge. Although only 2-3 hours can be spent at max but clubbed with coffee and cake dining can turn out to be a day out. Its two story auditorium. The ticket for adults (both Thai and foreign national) is only 50 THB and for kids with hight above 120 cm is 20 THB. Timeline of space research is nicely outlined with brief description along with small designs to outline the design concept. There is seating model manufactured to experience the space travel in satellite, quiet adventurous. A hoist based chairs are two in number to experience moon walking/jumping. There is VR based space travel as well. Overall a very good place to bring kids to spend few hours. Ample amount of parking is available. Toilet, water, coffee and some refreshments is available similar to other tourist places.

Very small museum and experience centre, but well done. Some explanations in English, but it seemed more targeted to Thais, perhaps to inspire the next generation to go into space to 'plant' the red white and blue stripes. Unfortunately, the 3-D movie was in Thai with no subtitles, a lost opportunity. We didn't try any of the interactive activities, but some might be interesting for the younger aspiring astronauts. It's a bit out of the way, so might be a difficult for many tourists to visit. There is a small cafe on site, good if you're staying a little longer as it is in the middle of nowhere! Only B100 to enter, <AUD5.
