A wonderfully quiet, out-of-the-way hot spring that is absolutely worth the trip. The springs themselves emerge from the ground right on the banks of the RIver Kwai (you can see the place where the water is captured and flows into the nearby pools) and if you sit in the shallows of the river you can even feel hot waves of water and bubbles coming out of the ground mixed with the cool river water. The hot spring itself offers three pools and a nice cooling 'stream' around the edge, and the facility is neat, clean and tidy. The springs are popular with Thais, and you can spend as long as you want there for the ticket price (50 baht pp). You have to shower before entering the springs, and there are showering and changing facilities available. It's very important to rinse off at one of the shower heads before entering the pool. Due to it being a hot spring, the locals rinse off after there hot spring session.
