Overall, an amazing experience - especially as we had the place to ourselves on a quiet Saturday afternoon in June (low/rainy season). Yes, the price is steep (at 650 Baht per person, versus about 50-100 Baht at some of the local hot springs within half an hour of this place). BUT, you do get access to 15 different pools and they've certainly put a lot of thought and attention detail into making this a unique experience. Is it worth it? Yes, if you love the hot spring/onsen/spa experience. Personally, just for the nibbling fish all over your body in Pool 8 I'd say it's worth it, but that's not for everyone...but you can be sure that with so many pools you'll definitely find something here that suits you. Be warned that the water is truly hot (around 40-42° in most pools), so bring LOTS of cold water with you (though you can buy it, at a prenmium price, on site) and pace yourself. If you drive here yourself you can decide how long you stay - there;'s no time limit - whereas if you come on the free boat shuttle from the resort across the river then you have to time your visit according to...
Read moreUnfortunately was disappointed with this place. The staff was quite rude, didn’t explain all rules properly, you are not allowed to use your own proper swimming suits, only their cotton thing, like a dress, which is completely uncomfortable. This traditional dress is okey when you are not in the water. One of the ladies tried to put this traditional dress to my daughter with force breaking all body boundaries, that was unacceptable. Almost all pools were dirty, the closed one (the hottest) was full of mold at the entrance and inside, had specific smell, lots of leaves, worms inside, it was disgusting. Lots of dust on the floor, lots of damaged wooden details on the floor. And you are not allowed to use shoes, but it was hot to walk without it. This place is overpriced 650 per person, no even drinking water is provided. In comparison Onsen spa in Bkk cost 500thb which is...
Read moreI went there in the morning, not many customers due to dry season..
Drove unsaved road for around 4 minutes. It was not a pleasant drive. If rain falls, then it will be a muddy road.
15 different pool with different ingredient they mixed with water. Chinese tea pool, herbal pool, milky pool, butter fly pool...
I paid 630 baht for entrance. I expected it better to be in this condition and water quality.
It is not worth it to pay 630 baht. I like to enjoy real good quality water.
They promote as mineral water, " mineral water means " water from the deep ground, not from government water pipe. This water nave makes your skin different.
In China mai I had real onsen for 60 baht ..... it was sulfur hot springs , water was very hot and so soft..
