Queen of andaman — Attraction in Kathu

Terrible experience!!!!! We booked for the day trip. Let me explain clearly.... Me and my wife have never experienced sail through the deep ocean before so the others. The team guide explained very well all the activities at the meeting point before we depart. It was raining, but the they wanted to go ahead with the trip. In usual situation heavy rain and wind is not favourable for ocean. But the they just informed if it's badly raining they just cut short trip and return. After a while the rain became heavier and big waves made scary. people started vomiting.... I am sure this supposed to be normal. In the meanwhile the crews seemed having fun and laughing at the front of the deck. I saw many scary faces of the people. Finally we arrived at phiphi island . There we had lunch break in about one and half hour we returned again bug big waves made even scary .. Then they stopped one more island for 30 minutes and returned to starting point. Not enjoyed at all. Waste of money!!!In my opinion they knew it's raining and should have cancelled or postpone the trip. NB. The girl among the crews ( named Peak) can be little polite to...

I went with my family. Everything started very well. Our tour guide, 'Nas'(the guy in blue in the attached picture), started explaining in Thai and then in English. Went to maya bay beach, pi leh lagoon, monkey beach, tour guide clicked pictures of everyone in boat and on beaches as well. We went for snorkeling, it was too sunny but a good experience.

At the last island, my mom asked for helping hand to climb a big stair, our tour guide offered his hand, she climbed up, then he started touching her inappropriately, she tried to stop him and he pushed her and she fell. I was right behind them, i went ahead and pushed him for this. The worst part is that he kept denying of what happened and his teammates agreed with him! Also, he stopped translation to English for rest of the tour!

Now he deleted all our pictures and we return with no captured memories!

Then are so bad tour agent. Especially their drivers are so rude, they don't care about passengers and they don't give attention to time. Their customer service can not solve any problem. They get took me in the morning 1.30 hour late and we can not find in the minibus even though they were late. While turning back to hotel, their driver was so crazy man. Although we said that the car was so cold and we were wet, he did not care about us, did not close the air condition. Then I said him that we were cold, he stopped and did not want to go.
