Farm de Lek — Attraction in Nakhon Nayok Province

Highly recommended place for kids to experience a day in the life of a farmer! Farm de Lek is about 1.5hrs ride from Bangkok. Advisable to call to make booking beforehand. The farm conducts English programme at 950 baht (USD 32) for children aged 3 to 14 years, and 450 baht (USD 15) for adult. Package includes nicely prepared lunch. Here, kids got hands-on in preparing feed for the pigs, fed the ducks, chicken, goats and cows, collected eggs from the chicken coop and even learned how to plant rice in the paddy fields!! The programme was certainly educational, especially for our urban kids. They also got the chance to experience the adventure on the zip line from a tree house (it's every child's dream house!). Bad management! It should mention “reservation only” on searching engine. We drove for 2 hrs to get there but could not get in. When we arrived, the farmers had to call admin and telling us with careless attitude that we can’t get in and if we wish to get in we will have to pay 300 baht per adult and 250 baht entrance and 100 baht to feed the animals without escorting. What a nightmare...

This is a fantastic educational 'organic' farm for children. The perfect place for your kids to spend a wholesome day learning about farm life, feeding farm animals, riding ponies and swimming in the farm's pond! We love Farm de Lek!
