Beautiful small church inside the Kensington compound. Just tell the guard that you're going to the church and they'll let you in (hint: put your hands above you head to make a roof). Mass in Thai is celebrated at 11am Sundays. There is a nice garden beside it on the left but we only saw it as we are going so not sure if people can go inside.
