Incredible temple, a work of art! This is a work in progress, there is construction on both the very top level and the bottom. There have been very creative minds at work here carving out and building rooms on the side of this hill. Every floor has a different theme, some are more serious life, death, hell and heaven. Other themes are representative of popular culture here and the values of Thai society. For example the football teams or car brands represented in the marble floors and painted ceilings. Even Apple gets a nod. There are many spaces for sleeping chambers and teaching “thrones” (?) and while some look used others do not. The bathrooms are the fanciest ones I’ve ever seen in a temple! There are marble bathrooms in a painted cement pineapple. It is the quirkiest and most interesting temple I have ever been to. Definitely...

This was definitely an interesting temple (if it actually is a temple at all 😅).

It has very unique decorations of which we can assume were made while the artists/builders were high. It's unfortunate that a lot of the creations are run down though. It seems like they are lacking donations to keep it well maintained.

What's cool about this place though, is that it seems to be a hub for wild peacocks. We managed to witness over four beautiful peacocks including one albino one! It was a very nice sight to see!

If you plan on visiting this place, please be prepared to wear proper shoes as you would need to walk up an extremely steep hill to get to the interesting area. Definitely not accessible to those physical...

It situated in a very center area of Khao-yai area. There are many beautiful peacocks running everywhere in the temple to welcoming you. The temple looks kinda Quirk but full with many splendid creative sculpture work for both Bas-relief and High-relief. The atmosphere look a bit scary but super worth visiting. I love specially the cave part "MUST TRY" Plus, it is one of the best place to see the sunset in Khao-yai area. Really appreciate the devotion from the artists who create any single part of...
