มากราบรูปหล่อหลวงพ่อโอดอยู่ด้านในพิพิธภัณฑ์วัดจันเสน ใครชอบประวัติศาสตร์และวัตถุสมัยทวารวดีต้องมาที่นี้ ทั้งยังพบโครงกระดูกมนุษย์โบราณในสมัยทวารวดีอีกด้วย มาเที่ยวมาทำบุญกันเยอะๆครับ เพื่อรักษาแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางประวัติศาสตร์ในบ้านเรา ไปมาวันที่ 3/11/67 ส่วนประวัติหลวงพ่อโอดก็ตามนี้ครับ

หลวงพ่อโอด มีนามเดิมว่า วิสุทธิ์ แป้นโต เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 28 ธ.ค.2460 ที่บ้านเลขที่ 103 หมู่ที่ 7 บ้านหัวเขา ต.ตาคลี อ.ตาคลี จ.นครสวรรค์ โยมบิดา-มารดา ชื่อ นายชิตและนางต่วน แป้นโต มีพี่น้องร่วมบิดามารดาเดียวกันรวม 7 คน อายุครบ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ เข้าพิธีอุปสมบท เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 21 พ.ค.2481 ที่อุโบสถวัดหัวเขา อ.ตาคลี จ.นครสวรรค์ มีพระธรรมไตรโลกาจารย์ (ยอด) วัดเขาแก้ว อ.พยุหะคีรี เป็นพระอุปัชฌาย์, พระครูนิปุณธรรมธร วัดตาคลี เป็นพระกรรมวาจาจารย์ และพระครูพิพัทธศีลคุณ วัดหัวเขา อ.ตาคลี เป็นพระอนุสาวนาจารย์ ลำดับงานปกครอง พ.ศ.2489 เป็นผู้รักษาการแทนเจ้าอาวาสวัดหนองสีนวล อ.ตาคลี จ.นครสวรรค์ พ.ศ.2493 ได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็นเจ้าอาวาสวัดจันเสน พ.ศ.2496 เป็นพระอุปัชฌาย์ พ.ศ.2510 เป็นรองเจ้าคณะอำเภอตาคลี พ.ศ.2516 เป็นเจ้าคณะอำเภอตาคลี ลำดับสมณศักดิ์ พ.ศ.2500 ได้รับพระราชทานสมณศักดิ์เป็นพระครูสัญญาบัตรชั้นตรี พ.ศ.2510 ได้รับพระราชทานสมณศักดิ์เป็นพระครูสัญญาบัตรชั้นโท พ.ศ.2520 ได้รับพระราชทานสมณศักดิ์ เป็นพระครูสัญญาบัตรชั้นเอก พ.ศ.2527 ได้รับพระราชทานสมณศักดิ์เป็นพระครูสัญญาบัตรชั้นพิเศษ ในราชทินนาม พระครูนิสัยจริยคุณ ศึกษาพุทธาคมจากพระเกจิชื่อดัง คือ หลวงพ่อรุ่ง วัดหนองสีนวล อ.ตาคลี, หลวงพ่อเดิม วัดหนองโพ อ.ตาคลี, หลวงพ่อพรหม วัดช่องแค อ.ตาคลี และหลวงพ่อเชน วัดสิงห์ อ.อินทร์บุรี จ.สิงห์บุรี นอกจากนี้ ยังมีความสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวข้องกับหลวงพ่อรุ่ง และหลวงพ่อเดิม วัดหนองโพ สองพระเกจิอาจารย์ชื่อดังของอำเภอตาคลี ในฐานะที่เป็นหลานที่ใกล้ชิด โดยโยมพ่อคือ นายชิต แป้นโต เป็นน้องชายแท้ๆ ของหลวงพ่อรุ่ง และแม่ของนายชิต เป็นพี่สาวแม่ของหลวงพ่อเดิม วัดหนองโพ ด้านการศึกษาด้านพุทธาคม เมื่อกลับจากการเป็นครูสอนนักธรรมที่วัดดอนยานนาวาแล้ว ท่านได้มาอยู่กับหลวงพ่อรุ่ง ที่วัดหนองสีนวล ซึ่งในระยะนี้เองที่ได้ศึกษาวิทยาคมต่างๆ จากหลวงพ่อรุ่ง ส่วนหลวงพ่อเดิม วัดหนองโพ ท่านมาที่วัดหนองสีนวลอยู่เป็นประจำ จึงได้ศึกษาวิชาต่างๆ จากหลวงพ่อเดิมอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย ทั้งนี้ จากคำบอกเล่ายังมีอาจารย์อยู่อีก 2 รูปคือ หลวงพ่อพรหม วัดช่องแค อ.ตาคลี จ.นครสวรรค์ ในช่วงปี พ.ศ.2500 เป็นต้นมา ท่านมักไปเยี่ยมหลวงพ่อพรหมเป็นประจำพระอาจารย์อีกรูปคือ หลวงพ่อเชน วัดสิงห์ ต.ทับยา อ.อินทร์บุรี จ.สิงห์บุรี ด้านวิปัสสนากัมมัฏฐาน หลวงพ่อโอด เป็นผู้ที่เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการปฏิบัติมาก ท่านศึกษามาจากหลวงพ่อรุ่ง ต่อมาท่านได้ไปศึกษาต่อที่สำนักวิปัสสนาวัดมหาธาตุ กรุงเทพฯ ระหว่าง พ.ศ.2500 เปิดสำนักสอน วิปัสสนากัมมัฏฐานที่วัดจันเสน ท่านมรณภาพอย่างสงบ เมื่อวันที่ 17 ก.ค.2532 สิริอายุ...
