I love this place, their facilities are pretty much satisfying, especially the staffs, they are hospitable and took a good care by walking and leading me to the waterfall, they suggested that it’s too risky to walk alone. On the way, they told me about the history of this area or several species of local plants and trees. Once we reached to the waterfall, he offered to take a picture for me. It was a good memory here. The waterfall is magnificent, huge and gorgeous. The mass of water is strongly pouring all the way down and creates the rainbow in front. You gotta come and experience yourself, even though it is a long access (only one way is 3.7 km). But it is worth it.
One Note: this place is the exact headquarter for trekking to Krungching Falls, but on the Google Map, there is the other place called ด่านปากคลอง, which is not the one and if you wanted to come to Krungching Falls and google it, it will actually leads you to the wrong place. A good precaution is you search for Nopphitam district as your destination and then, you will see the sign tells to turn right, follow the sign, because that is the correct route. If you go straight like i did as google map told me, you will waste the time, because Krungching Falls needs one whole day to visit, at least if you start the journey from Mueang Nakhon Si...

BTW if you want to visit the nearby Hong Cave you can't use the same national park ticket. Maybe it is in a different national park I'm not sure.
Stunning waterfall. Swimming is currently not possible because the waterfall is in full spate and the current is too strong. But its amazing to see the waterfall in this state, an amazing force of nature.
The hike is also very nice. The sign at the start says 7.4km there and back but my watch measured it at around 9km. Its a good walk. The trail is easy to follow, it goes up and down a bit and then there is a very steep descent down to the waterfall. The jungle is so wild and you will see lots of amazing fauna and wildlife, I saw one snake and lots of...
Read moreReally nice National Park and the waterfall is amazing you can swim but you must be strong swimmer because of strong current. You park at the entrance and walk about 2 km track is very rough. Steps, stairs and small boardwalks takes time.Allow 1.5 to 2 hours best to leave early like 9 am or 10 am. Eat and relax there and return remembering the park closes at 4 pm I got back around 4;30pm but at this time all the bugs were coming out so uncomfortable. Don't forget water to drink also there are showers on your return so bring a towel. Must do adventure if you are in the area. There is an entry charge Thai and farang but if you work in Thai they give Thai price show your work permit or pink Id card...
