Fantasia Lagoon Ngamwongwan — Attraction in Nonthaburi City Municipality

Great place to spend a day with your kids, has variety of slides, lazy river and a swimming pool. The view from the top of the mall is a nice city view. We knew before going that we have to wear swimming caps but if you don’t have you can rent there. Also double and triple slide floaters are available for rent, and you can use them in the river too.

The one problem was that the lockers language is only Thai, so once we put our phones inside the locker and can’t translate, we accidentally return the locker instead of choosing to take something and close it back, our stuff locked inside it while the locker is marked as available, but the stuff helped us to open it and they also pay it again for us so we can take it back. Just take this in consideration and you may ask someone to translate the choices for you if you want to get something...

พาลูกไปเล่นน้ำไปรอซื้อตั๋ว แถวค่อนข้างยาว ไปต่อแถวตอน 11 โมง พนักงานด้านในเค้าเตอร์ยืนอยู่กัน 3 คน แต่ทำไมไม่เปิด 2 ช่อง เราไปมาวันที่ 3/6/66 เหมือนจะมีบุฟเฟ่ทุเรียนด้วย งานจัดด้านในบริเวณสระน้ำ ด้านข้าง มีร้านมาขายของตรงทางเดิน ซึ่งเป็นทางเดินลงไปห้องเปลี่ยนชุด เดินลำบากมาก แคบ เหมือนจะมีทางเดินแค่ 1 ไม้บรรทัด ของเราก็เยอะ เดินลำบากมาก ทั้งอุ้มลูก คนเดินสวนกันไม่ได้ อีกอย่างที่ไม่OK ที่สุดคือป้าที่อยู่ตรงเค้าเตอร์เช่าชุดว่ายน้ำ บริการแย่มาก!!! ตรงนี้จะเปิดช่องซ้ายขวา ตอนแรกก็เห็นป้าแกยืนอยู่ตรงช่องขวา มีคิวก่อนหน้าเรา 1 คิว เลือกชุด ป้าก็ให้เลื่อนไปอีกช่อง เพื่อไปรับชุด แล้วป้าแกไม่เลื่อนกลับมาช่องที่เรายืนรอ แต่จะมีอีก 2 ครอบครัวไปยืนต่อตรงที่คิวก่อนเรา เราเลยโดนแซงคิวไปอีก 1 คิว แย่มากนะ กับการที่เราอุ้มลูกเล็ก ร้องงอแง ไหนจะสัมภาระอีก ป้าแกไม่เงยหน้ามามองเลย ให้ 2 ครอบครัวแซง แถวอี 2 ครอบครัวที่แซงก็น่าด้านมาก แทนที่จะบอกว่าเรามาก่อน เราก็โมโห ยอมรับว่าโมโหมาก เรื่องโดนแซงคิว เราเลยถามป้าว่า ป้าคะ ป้าไม่เห็นหนูกับลูกยืนรอหรอค่ะ ทำไมแซงคิวตั้ง 2 คิว แย่นะคะแบบนี้ แถมป้าที่เค้าเตอร์ก็ว่าเราว่า เราอารมณ์ร้อน มีสิทธิ์อะไรมาว่าเรา คนโดนแซงคิวจะให้เย็นหรอ ไม่สมควรว่าลูกค้าแบบนี้ แถมไม่ขอโทษเราซักคำ เราเลยบอกว่าทีหลังเงยหน้าดูลูกค้าบ้าง แถมตอนจ่ายเงินค่ามัดจำ 250 บาม เราหยิบแบงค์ 100 บาท จำนวน 2 ใบ กับแบงค์ 50 บาทอีก 1 ใบ ยังมาว่าเราว่าเราให้ไม่ครบ ให้มาแค่ 150 บาท เรายิ่งโมโห ทั้งอุ้มลูก ทั้งต้องมาเถียงกับมนุษย์ป้านิสัยแย่ แฟนเราเลยบอกว่าก็เห็นอยู่ว่าเราหยิบมาครบ 250 บาท เราก็บอกไม่ครบได้ยังไง เปิดกล้องมั้ย ดูกล้องเลย ก็อีป้ามันเอาเงินคนก่อนหน้านี้กับเงินเราไปรวมกัน แล้วแยกออกมาแค่ 150 บาท แล้วมาว่าเรา หากิแบบนี้หรอค่ะป้า แย่มาก คนแบบนี้ไม่น่ามาทำงานบริการนะคะ วันนั้นยังคิดไม่ออกเลยถ้าลูกชายไม่ไปด้วย...

This is a good waterpark. It has several slides, play areas for kids of different ages and a 25m pool for doing lengths.

The prices are reasonable (250 baht adult,150 children, free for infants) however everyone who enters must pay even if they are only spectating.

The waterpark is on the top floor of the shopping mall - there are no signs for the waterpark from the road so you have to GO INTO THE MALL.
