The Field Animals Dream. — Attraction in Phetchaburi Province

Quite often you get disapponted at activities here in Thailand and this is no exception. Ok, it was a rainy friday and off season, but still... Coffee shop closed, restaurant closed... not allowed to do this, not allowed to go there... Directly after you paid the entrance fee of 80 thb (kids 50 thb) there is some small area with plastic slides and animals to climb on that of course attract the kids. But of course not included, cost another 70 thb per kid head. Kind of things that knocks me off mood! I suggest include everything in the entrance! About the animals, not so much to see, but they are quite ok. I have seen far more worse conditions in asia but still feel pity with the animals. ค่าเข้าเปลี่ยนแปลงตามช่วงเวลา ตอนไปผู้ใหญ่คนละ 80 แต่ดีที่เด็กเล็กเข้าฟรี เพียงแต่เก็บเงินค่อนข้างซ้ำซ้อน เมื่อกี้เป็นแค่ค่าเข้า ถ้าจะให้อาหารสัตว์ต้องซื้อชุดละ 100 มีพวกตะกร้าอาหารสัตว์+หญ้า 1 กำ ถือว่าโคตรแพง ที่อื่นประมาณ 20-50 บาท เอาหารไปเลี้ยงสัตว์ให้ยังต้องเสียเงินแพงอีก แต่ช่วงที่ไปถ้าเข้าฟรีก็ต้องไปซื้อขนมร้านแม่กิมไล้ก่อน จะมีสาขานึงก่อนเลี้ยวเข้ามาสวนสัตว์แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่าต้องซื้อเท่าไหร่ มีเครื่องเล่นเด็กให้พวก playground ทั่วไป กับพวกม้าหมุน แต่ป้ายบอกว่าจ่ายเพิ่มเลยไม่ได้ลอง สัตว์มีไม่มาก จะมีซ้ำๆกัน แต่มีหลายที่เช่น กระต่าย นกกระเรียน นกแก้ว แกะ เต่า ไม่ค่อยมีป้ายบอกว่าเป็นสัตว์อะไรและก็ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่แนะนำดูแลตามคอกสัตว์ให้ดูไปกันเอง ดีที่มีศาลานั่งพักและจุดถ่ายรูปหลายจุด ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง เพียงแต่ไม่มีที่ร่มเลย มีเรือให้ถีบในน้ำ แต่มีลำเดียว คนยังไม่ค่อยเยอะ ไปสะดวก ไม่ติดถนนใหญ่...

Clean and well-maintained. Very reasonable 80 Baht entry fee for Thai and foreign visitors. Lots of animals to pet and feed for young children. Small enough so toddlers don't get extremely tired seeing the whole park. Recommend this for younger children. We enjoyed...
