This beach is located next to the Phraya Nakhon Cave (which is currently closed and will reopen 1 Aug 2022). A very flat beach where you can have fun and play games.
Most of the shops there are closed or unmanned. So quiet, almost deserted. Likely because the cave is closed. The parking lot is basically empty.

When not in the rainy season the water is pretty clear, the water is pretty shallow for a long distance, so good for kids playing in the water.
I recommend a night time beach walk during low tide you will see assorted animals. We rescued a few if them.
Clam, cuttle fish, all kinds of crabs, shell fish, stat fish, shrimps, etc. are all here. The beach is basically teaming with lives which I don't see in other places no more.

Read moreSmall fishing village with market. That also serves as the starting point for the Phraya Nahon Cave. We saw families of Duskey leaf monkeys on the initial hike from the Bang PU beach over the ocean cliffs to Laem Sala. They said at the beginning it was a 2 km hike to the cave, so better to start early. It was easily a 3hrs round trip for my daughter and I. Also nice to have some dry clothes to change into afterward.
