Hat Napa Tharaphirom — Attraction in Rayong Province

A locals Thai beach (I was the only farang) with families, picnics, water play and camping (I saw no fishing signs as well). One enters the military base (soldier salutes when you enter and exit) to get to the area. Based on the reviews I imagined it to be a very clean beach…unfortunately not so (but that goes for most beaches these days). I wish people were more thoughtful and didn’t litter. There was even trash that had come from the ocean that had little mollusks on them. Pretty busy this weekend (Sunday) in April visit, and overall a pleasant experience. Reduction in stars was because there was in place to just lay in the sun (too trashy) although the farther West (right) you walked it got a bit cleaner. ได้มากางเต็นท์ที่นี่ในช่วงปีใหม่ โดนเก็บไปเต็นท์ละ 300 บาท จ่ายไปแบบงงๆ ทั้งๆที่เต็นท์ของผมก็มีแค่ 2 คนแล้วก็ไม่ใช่เป็นเต็นท์ใหญ่ แล้วก็ไม่ได้ไปใช้ไฟฟ้าของเขาด้วย ถ้าจะเก็บกันราคาแบบนี้จริงๆ ก็ถือว่าแพงมากๆ เทียบกับสิ่งที่ให้กับนักท่องเที่ยว กับการบริหารจัดการที่ห่วยแตก อย่างแรกเลยในคืนวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม คนมากางเต็นท์กันเยอะมาก แต่ฝักบัวในห้องน้ำไม่ไหล แต่ก็ยังดีที่เขาแก้ไขปัญหา โดยการเอารถบรรทุกน้ำมาจอดข้างๆห้องน้ำให้ไปรองน้ำใส่กระป๋อง แล้วหิ้วกระป๋องกับขันเข้าไปในห้องน้ำตักอาบกันอย่างทุลักทุเล ข้อที่ 2 ที่นี่ไม่มีร้านขายของ ถ้าน้ำแข็งหมด ก็ต้องขับรถออกไปจากที่นี่เพื่อไปซื้อน้ำแข็งที่เซเว่นอีเลฟเว่นที่อยู่ในสนามบินอู่ตะเภา ข้อที่ 3 ไม่มีที่ล้างจาน มีแต่ก๊อกน้ำโผล่ขึ้นมาจากพื้นให้คุณไปนั่งยองๆล้างจานแล้วก็วางกับพื้น บริการห่วยห่วยแบบนี้ เทียบไม่ได้เลยกับลานกางเต็นท์ของอุทยานแห่งชาติหลายๆแห่งที่คิดค่าบริการก็ถูกกว่า สถานที่พร้อมกว่า สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ดีกว่า หากท่านผู้มีอำนาจได้มาฟังเสียงบ่นของประชาชนที่ไปใช้บริการแล้ว อย่ามัวนิ่งเฉย หากจะคิดราคาแพงขนาดนี้ ก็ขอให้คุณภาพมันคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่คิดไปบ้าง อย่าให้ประชาชนต้องมาด่าสาดเสียเทเสีย หลังจากที่ได้ไปใช้บริการ...
