Ho Watthanatham Phuenban Thai Yuan Saraburi — Attraction in Saraburi Province

This place actually is an old wooden house probably stand the test of time for so many years however the owner want to keep it and make it in to some kind of exhibition to educate people about how Thai people were living in the past. The entrance fee is only 20 baht which I think it is not enough to make any kind of renovation. There is a box for visitors to put the money in if you want to make any contribution you could put more than 20 baht if you want to. If you go for a historical tourism it is probably the one that is interesting. This is the private owned and get no support from the government which is a pity. If you want to see the traditional Thai wooden house and the way Thai live always next to the River. In the old day we use the river as Transportation Route, nearly everyone has a boat. To be fair any historical place normally is in ruin at the present time if this is not your kind of Interest then don't go because you need your own imagination to see how beautiful it is when is was...

A traditional Thai wooden house. It was nice to walk around and imagined how graceful this place was. Located next to the main river of Saraburi, Pa-sak, the view from the house was really impressive. The entrance fee was only 20 THB but that probably doesn’t help to renovate or make it a more proper museum e.g. to have a signage giving more information about this place. Overall, a really nice space but there is not much activity to do here unless you want to just take it slow and absorb how gorgeous and prosperous...
