FYI: this review is for a visit on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
We went there around 10 o’clock in the morning for catching the first show and we were informed at the ticket booth that the seal show had been canceled because of her pregnancy. The ticket is 100 Baht per person and 50 Baht for a car, which is so worth it. We’re truly glad they can keep the price so affordable that everyone especially kids can enjoy the zoo and get closer to nature.
The first show, which was about the way each animal lives, was beyond expectation. We got to see animals from different places all over the world.
The last show we caught was feeding tigers. It was incredibly cool to get to see them lock their eyes on target and go for it.
It’s so obvious that the animals here are well-trained and well-treated. The staffs are so friendly and kind. They show their love to the animals. They are also helpful for the visitors and do their best to keep everyone safe and have a great time.
However, it would be better if they can hire more staffs to keep the windows clean in every display cage. With blurry window, kids can’t see what they come for to as clearly as adults can. And it would be nicer to put more sanitizers on every part of the zoo.
Please keep up the good...
Read moreIt's a fine zoo for the area around it. I wasnt expecting too much to be honest so it exceeded my expectations. Looked good and ok maintenance. Animals looked okay and not mistreated, can see them closer than in western zoos too. Really should be supporting places like this, then places that drug Tigers for Instagram or beating up elephants for rides or some overcrowded croc show (though those are interesting..).
Spacious. Definitely get there so it lines up with the scheduled shows which make it worth more. Best to have a car to get around the whole thing but renting a golf cart like vehicle was more fun. Cons: not as much animals deeper in, guess they can't find any decent replacements yet or they don't have the budget yet. Note I've only ever been to...
