Definitely one of our favourite hot spring destinations in Thailand (and we've been to many). The drive there down from Mae Sot is pleasant, and there are other attractions nearby (waterfalls, the Blue Cave) so a soak in these hot springs can be part of a really pleasant daytrip from town. We were the only guests at midday on a Wednesday, and the price of 100 Baht for a private room was excellent value. The water is very pleasant - hot for sure, but it's possible to add cooler water to make things more comfortable. There are also large clay vessels of cool water in each bathroom, so it's possible to pour some of this refreshing water over your body to cool down properly from time to time. Read moreThis hot spring is in a very remote area. I think you can only reach it when you are with own transportation. The site is well maintained and the costs are pleasant. You can rent a private pool with hot water from the spring of course mixed with cold water.
