🔸️ ไกลจากตัวเมืองมาก ประมาณ 100++ กว่าโล 🔸️ ทางไป ไม่ซับซ้อน ไปง่าย 🔸️ ที่จอดรถ กว้างขวาง ค่าเช่าที่จอดรถ 30.- 🔸️ เมื่อจอดรถแล้ว เดินเข้าไป จะมีชาวบ้านมาแนะนำ ว่าต้องการไกด์ไหม / เคยมาไหม / ไปอย่างไร 🔸️ การจะลงไปสามพันโบก ต้องอาศัยรถรับ-ส่งที่นั่น ราคาเหมา 200.- / คัน ซึ่งเป็นรถกระบะหุ้มโครง จะมากี่คนก็ 200.- มา 10 คน หรือ 2 คน ก็ราคานี้ แล้วคนขับรถจะพาไป 🔸️ หากต้องการไกด์ ราคาแล้วแต่สินน้ำใจ แล้วแต่เราจะให้เขา 🔹️ หากใช้บริการไกด์ เราจะได้มุมที่เป็น Landmark ต่างๆของสามพันโบก โดยไกด์จะนำทางไป และถ่ายรูปให้ (ส่วนตัว ไม่ได้ใช้บริการไกด์) 🔸️ ก่อนลงไป จะมีช่างภาพมาถ่ายรูป เพื่อที่เขาจะนำใส่กรอบ ให้เราตอนเราขึ้นมา กรอบละ 100.- (รับ หรือ ไม่รับ แล้วแต่เรา) 🔸️ ขั้นตอนการลงไป เราจะนั่งบนรถกระบะ เขาจะพาเราลงไปที่ สามพันโบก บอกเลย คนขับเก่งมากกกกกกกกก ทางไปลำบากมากกกกกก แต่เขาพาเราไปได้อย่างปลอดภัย (และจะจอดรอเรา จนกว่าเราจะเสร็จ แล้วพาเรากลับขึ้นข้างบน) 🔸️ พอขึ้นมา ช่างภาพก็จะเอารูปใส่กรอบมาให้เรา แล้วถามเราว่า ต้องการรับไว้ไหม (อันนี้แล้วแต่เรา) 🔸️ หากใครกลัวร้อน แนะนำนำร่มไปด้วย + น้ำ ❌️ แต่ห้ามทิ้งขยะเรี่ยราดนะ ไม่ดี๊ ไม่ดี ถือกลับด้วยเด้อ

🔸️ Very far from the city center, approximately 100++ km. (We go by personal car) 🔸️ The route is not complicated and easy to follow. 🔸️ Spacious parking lot with a parking fee of 30 THB. 🔸️ After parking, as you walk in, locals will approach you to ask if you need a guide / have been here before / how you plan to go. 🔸️ To go down to Sam Phan Bok, you need to use the local shuttle service, which costs a flat rate of 200 THB per vehicle. This is a covered pickup truck. Whether you have 10 people or 2 people, the price is the same. The driver will take you there. 🔸️ If you want a guide, the price depends on your generosity.

🔹️ If you use a guide service, they will show you the various landmark spots of Sam Phan Bok, lead the way, and take photos for you. (Personally, I did not use a guide.)

🔸️ Before going down, a photographer will take your picture, which they will then frame and offer to you when you come back up for 100 THB per frame. (It's up to you whether you want it or not.) 🔸️ The process of going down involves riding in the pickup truck. They will take you down to Sam Phan Bok. Let me tell you, the driver is very skilled! The path is very difficult, but they took us safely. (And they will wait for us until we are done and then take us back up.) 🔸️ Once you come up, the photographer will bring you the framed photo and ask if you want to take it. (This is up to you.) 🔸️ If you are afraid of the heat, I recommend bringing an umbrella + water. ❌️ But please do not litter! That's not good. Take your trash back with you. 🔸️ There are shops selling food, drinks, and restrooms available, so you don't have to worry about not having anything. (Apologies, no pictures.) 🔸️ The nature is very beautiful with many different angles. Prepare your camera's memory card well! 😆 You will definitely get a lot of photos.

‼️ Oh, there is also rafting available. I don't know the price or where it goes. There is no information about it. Sorry about that. If anyone is interested, please try asking there.

Sam Phan Bok (สามพันโบก) or The Grand Canyon of Thailand is located in Pho Sai district, Ubon Ratchathani. The place had been developed over millions years ago. The Mekong Grand Canyon is one of the nature wonder that can be noticed during the dry season

Sam Phan Bok (Sam Phan = 3000) and Bok (holes) that was created from swirling water eroded sandstone rocks into unique shapes. The beautiful rocks shape that can be expected to see at '3000 Bok Lake' such as the Micky Mouse, Dog and Bird Shape. One of the highlight is the emerald pool that you could't afford to miss!

This place is a hidden gem with stunning natural scenery and bizarrely shaped rocks from the mighty Mekong River. You can visit it during the summer months.

It’s about a 2-hour drive from Ubon Ratchathani Airport.

If you want to rent a car, the local car fee is around 200 baht for a round trip in the area (this is optional). You can also hire a private local guide for 200 baht (this is also optional).

There are plenty of photo spots to choose from, depending on your personal style.
