The facilitiy management and guideline needs to be improved. The direction is not clear not telling us where each animal is. There is no map provided. We only could take the map photo from the bicycle rental area. The entrace costs 100 THB/PERSON and it costs 50 THB/CAR. When you get inside, we have to pay more for bicycle rental, electric cart rental, bus tour. You cannot drive through the zoo along the path.
One of the staffs from the photo booth was horrible !! She wanted to only sell the photos attached for souvenirs but did not care on what was going on. She was so unhelpful. We asked for direction but she told us to get the information for the ticket stand which was ok however she chased us to leave her booth since we were standing in front of the stand. By that time, the bus tour was passing by and we had to wait to cross the road. She really told us to leave straight way. What a rude !! This really gave us a bad impression.
All in all, the staffs were nice and friedly except that lady from the photo...
Read moreVeri nice. They added new areas and you can lent a bicycle. There have an animal show twice a day as well feeding shows for tiger/penguins twice a day. Price is 70 THB entrance fee and 50 THB for parking. You can rent a bicycle for 30-50 THP per hour or take a golf cart or bus. They made new bicycle lanes which i recommend, because you can take as much time as you want to get arround and the bicyclye lane is nicely between the forest which much shadows. They still have the double pricing for foreigners and thais, but if you have a thai driver licensce you are getting the thai price. The double pricing could be eliminated and is absolutely not necessary since it is still racist and they do not make any money with it anyway. I visited the zoo three days and i was the only foreigner. Absolutely to recommend for that price. It is not comparable with zoos in bangkok like safary world, but you also pay very little...

📍While my overall experience was exceptional, I couldn't help but wish for a few more shaded areas throughout the zoo, especially during the scorching Thai summers. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Ubon Ratchathani Zoo to anyone visiting the region, as it promises an enchanting and educational encounter...
