From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We first met Ashley, who greeted us with the warmest smile and made sure we felt completely comfortable and informed before starting. She was incredibly inviting and set the tone for what would become one of the best experiences we've ever had.

Next, we met Caleigh, who introduced us to the "Playground" room. She was just as warm and friendly, walking us through everything and making us feel right at home. At one point, I accidentally spilled my drink, and without hesitation or frustration, Caleigh cleaned it up with a smile. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated.

We had such a great time that we decided to do another room — "The Depth" — and that’s when we met Bella. What a burst of energy! She was an absolute delight, made us laugh, explained everything perfectly, and even asked if we were celebrating anything. When we told her it was my wife's birthday, she surprised us after the game with a birthday card signed by the entire staff. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant the world to us.

We felt so welcomed and taken care of that we didn’t want the night to end. We bought t-shirts, another gift card, and are already planning our next visit to The Escape Game — this time in Nashville!
