Sandy Hill Nature Park — Attraction in Couva-Tabaquite-Talparo

Absolutely beautiful! I've used this venue twice. For a baby shower and a wedding. It's Perfect for Rustic weddings and photoshoot. The place is beautiful. Barely needed decorations for both events I had because the atmosphere is very scenic .

I would've given this a 5 star however the road to reach to the venue is horrible in my opinion. I really hope they fix the road- potholes , high and low areas, bumby and extremely narrow. I suggest using a van than a car to go to that area.

I would recommend people walk with citronella candles /incense or even OFF for the mosquitos and sandflies . The first time I went , I got alot of sandflies bites. The 2nd time I carried citronella incense which worked great. Had no mosquito or sandflies problem.

A beautiful, picturesque location for nature lovers or anyone looking for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle.

Ideally placed in central Trinidad, it's only 10 mins from the Freeport flyover.
