The place was very clean, in terms of garbage and leaves as if swept, trs shore was clean, tide was low, and there was a walk of about 100 metres to the water which was under a foot deep, there were practically no waves, or just the breaking at the end near rhe shore, lots of available parking, some are free while others are $10.00 There are several tents or sheds available $200. Carat Shed Beach Facility is a really nice place to attend but what they need to do is implement better packages. Shed's are $200 but there is no sinks or anything to really enjoy that Shed. You are paying $200 to cover your head. Still having to pay $2 every time you go to the bathroom or $5 for a day pass. The need to implement a black system save the environment from banns. We had an amazing time at this beach. Recommended by a friend. There are facilities for changing ,showering and toilet use all at a cost. All cash. There is paid parking but today there was spaces near the beach. There is a small shop for drinks etc The beach wasnt rough and there is a long stretch of beach. Couple of benches to sit on. There is also a secluded area at the back. I notice u can rent beach hut/eating areas where you can do bbqs. All in all my family had a great time....
