We love this beach! a long stretch of sand perfect for early morning or late afternoon walks. Shallow calm water makes it a great choice for families with children and there is an area that runs along the back of the beach so you can park right there under the trees and take shade if you want to - so convenient.
Lifeguards were on duty when we visited and in the holidays you can often find Dannys inflatable water park set up off the beach - the children love this! Read moreWonderful beach. Keep in mind that the water is rougher at certain times of the year but is very calm from July-August. Shockingly clean and the sand is not very gritty. If you are coming with a car, drive through the carpark and along the road at the back of the trees. You can park behind the trees and go on the beach but be careful of the manchineel trees (marked with a red stripe on the trunk).
