It is truly a four star unlike others that claim the same! Food excellent and all the catering staff should be proud with what they offer and praise must go to kitchen management. My personal experience is a kin to a roller coaster of great to horrible. As an all inclusive with my accommodation. I found guest greed and gluttony amazing. The wine and beer is so bad that some of the guest try and only a few succeed to get drunk. Yet book yourself on to the Tunisian restaurant of which I highly recommend were tables service is offered. There is also an Italian themed restaurant. Staffing in the main are males and for the few females a welcome acknowledgement. Yet you can see they are in a cultural dilemma should they not be part of the cleaning team. Staff mostly Bar/Reception more likely trained by ex-custom and pass port control officers and have mastered the art of ignoring you, unless your a female!. The private beach is safe with regular police patrols and with hotel security a protected bubble as best possible. The sand is dirty with layers of cigarette butts and other bits which other establishments make efforts to clean here there is no signs of bothering, yet they do leave areas where you can put rubbish. As a non smoker you will find every other person smokes and should the wind go against you find it difficult to tolerate. There are four pools one indoor catering for toddlers to active kids and for the wonnabe poser teen or adult. My sea view room is questionable. I stayed early part of two weeks in September and will return once I have tried the other establishments to find an experience less annoying yet should you be a female, smoke have kids a poser and love good food this is heaven.

Overall impression: I conditionally recommend this hotel. This is my third vacation in Tunisia, the first in North Hammamet, and unfortunately, not as good as previous two ones. A detailed review follows. Hotel overview and location: The hotel is located in North Hammamet, between Hammamet center (6km) and nearby Nabeul city (7km) in a touristic area. Hotel has its own beach, two pools and couple of bars (pool bar, beach bar etc.). Building has 3 floors in total, built like a horseshoe, and looks like Tunisian resorts with the similar category (4 star). The beach is made of exceptionally fine sand, it has its own umbrellas and sunbeds that are free of charge. The sea was clean most of the time of our stay. During visit in September 2022, only in two out of 14 days he had to deal with algae and sea plants, but luckily, there were no jellyfish which may be common in this part of the year. In the vicinity of the hotel there are several small markets where you can buy souvenirs, drinking water and basic groceries. There are also a couple of cafes in the area, but nearby pharmacy is 2 km away, located on the main road, so take this into account if you will need any medications. Pedestrian area which connects all the resorts is beautiful with fig trees and palms, but sadly, a bit neglected due to the fact that only couple out of dozen resorts in the area are working. On the other side, you can freely jog there, even on the street, because traffic is almost non-existent (only taxies, rare buses and couple of cars may be seen during the day). From 9 PM to midnight, occasionally, loud music comes from the neighboring hotel, which is the same every night - ranging from unknown, repeated local hits songs, to 80’s vibes. Room / accomodation: The room we were accommodated was good and large enough for the two persons. The beds were okay, pillows, however, could be much better. The room was clean. There was a big mirror with small table in the room, two night-tables and one small round table with the small armchair in the corner. Curtains were solid and well preserved. The air conditioner works but does not cool enough, which can be a problem if the outside temperature is high. The room also has a 32" LCD TV we didn’t use and no mini-bar. He asked intentionally "garden view" accommodation, facing hotel entrance and nearby hill in the distance, to avoid bright sunlight during the day and to preserve privacy from guests on the pool / sea view. All rooms have terrace / balconies with small plastic table and two plastic garden chairs. Hygiene was good, rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with towels changed also on a daily basis. Food And now the bad part – I know that tastes are different, but food in the hotel destroyed our pleasant experience with the other segments. It was not about variety, its all about hygiene and the fact that meet was in most cases insufficiently heat treated! First time for a (maybe) 10 years, we had a stomach issues! The very last day, a clerk who was engaged on the entrance of the restaurant, was seen on the grill, turning meat parts with his own hands, unprotected with the gloves at least … and finally, not fully prepared, dispose them in the place from where guests took them. I would give a negative rating for cleanliness in the restaurant if I could! Finally, staff is generally nice, Tunisia is nice, sea is beautiful, beside food we really don’t have any issues with hotel in general. Hopefully, this will be resolved so the next groups will enjoy fully with proper meals. Pros: beach, rooms Cons: food

We stayed in Nozha beach for 1 week for a more relaxing holiday as we are normally always exploring and never get time to relax. We arrived at 3am and the place was in complete darkness but then a man came over to us at reception. He didn't seem very welcoming but I guess being 3am in the morning who would be? Our room was standard, comfy beds and I couldn't hear any noise which was fab. Air con worked but I didn't feel it worked as well as it should have but was a comfortable temperature. The shower worked well but it was in a bath on the longer side of the wall at a strange angle which meant the shower curtain touched you all the time whilst showering. WiFi worked well in the rooms and reception but limited at the pool and none at the beach! The animation team seemed to do a good job and kept everyone entertained with activities throughout the day. Well done team! Food was hit and miss at breakfast I felt but then got used to it (I'm a fussy eater and don't eat eggs etc) Lunch and dinner had so much variety which was fab but the first night the food wasn't up to scratch but then the rest of the week the food was really good! The veggie tagine was a must - really recommend! The location is sort of in the middle of nowhere so you can't really go for a wander if you wanted to but if you are here to just relax in the hotel this really doesn't matter! The pool area was fab! Loved the fact it was a walk in pool. The bar area seemed really small for the size of the hotel but it was always really easy to get drinks and you never spent that much time queueing! Overall I would recommend my stay here! A couple of little tweeks and it will be the perfect hotel :)

A very horrible experience, we took two rooms, for both, the air conditioner don’t work or is set for a very high temperature (>27 degrees while it’s 30 degrees outside) even though you have the option to modify it, the reception was called many time they send a technician he fixes it for 1/2h then it goes back to heating ( apparently they are trying to save energy). The bathroom light is broken. The food is 0 quality, the worst of the worst, in the evening they serve you to avoid spreading the virus by the costumers, but in the breakfast you serve yourself as in the virus doesn’t spread in the morning or I don’t know want kind of logic they have behind this idea. The receptionist called me and woke me up at 7:15 am to tell me it’s 7am sir, even though I never asked anyone to wake me up. There are two elevators, one of them doesn’t work and the other can only take a maximum of 3 persons (covid????). And the internet obviously doesn’t work, there is a wifi but good luck opening even a single page. Really couldn’t be worse, avoid booking this hotel, I hope it goes bankrupt and they change the management or something.

Me and a friend visited this hotel mid October for a cheap get away. As the season was coming to an end, the hotel wasn't as busy as what it would be in peak. The hotel is clean and all staff are very friendly. The bar men are very attentive and have your drinks prepared when they see you walking towards them. Facilities are great the spa is well priced the rooms are air conditioned and always kept clean and tidy. The food is a little hit and miss at times but we always found something to eat. Again chefs and waiters are extremely friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. The entertainment team are great. The energy they bring daily really does make your holiday! Always getting you involved, coming over for a chat or entertaining the kids so adults can chill. I'd highly recommend anyone to book here as it truly is a nice resort for the price!

We came during last week of August, with All-inclusive option we waited one hour for the room keys, You will have to pay extra for the refrigerator. Double size bed is just 2 beds stuck together. WiFi in reception only not stable, very bad elsewhere. For people bringing their cars, or renting, there is no parking, cars are parked sporadically around the entrance. We had to talk to a supervisor to get our issues resolved, room changed three times. Don't expect great food or drink, you will need to pay extra to get better quality food. I have clashed with hotel staff over smoking close to kids pool, which appear to be a normal thing to them, there is no sign forbidding people from smoking close to kids pool. A part from cleaning team who should get 5 stars.. Everything else is junk.
