Aqua Fun City — Attraction in Alanya

We just come back home(Norway) from our wonderful stay at this place! Reading the bad reviews at first it makes u little unsure,but I really recommend the place, give a try and make your own opinion! As people working in the same kind of work we know how tough and heavy is the season for people to provide this hard job is… and they did it great! Me,my husband and our 10 years old son had amazing time!My husband has Gluten allergy and we told that’s going to be challenging at firs since in this country it’s not so common this kind of allergies 🙂but thanks to the Head Chef and Chef Ahmet who has find bread without gluten problem was solved!!! 👌we have tried everything, spa, (Hamam) the Turkish bath, pool, 🌊 the sea very rocky so u need special shoes but still clean and very nice!The animations team Fantastic 🙌had the chance to meet Isilsu (Su) and Gaye 🌟my son enjoyed the foam party and the evening entertainment they were just great! Absolute disgrace to the name of hospitality and the highest reputation that Turkey has. Man....we went their with our family, only to experience some of the worst food ever, mixed water and beer and a small, crowded pool. I will give 2 stars purely for people who work there as they were respectful but the whole blame should lie with the management. Food served was dry, tasteless and with no value. The website recommended to call for information and reservation. Called twice and they hang up (on purpose, no technical issues) when I asked for common questions like opening hours, when does the slides close middle of the day and what the prices are... I spoke first in Turkish, the lady gang up and the same with English. If the service is so bad on the phone, I assume the 1-star costumers who have already visited the park are without a doubt...
