Akvaryum Koyu — Attraction in Bodrum

Little tutorial as the comments so far are a little confusing: You have to park your car in Bitez Harbour. Right after Tike Restaurant. Drive as close as you can get to the southern end of the harbour.

Follow the path at the end of the southern end of the harbour(pass on the left side at the end).

After around 5-10 Min you will arrive at the first bay, which is nice, clear blue water, but nothing special. There is a second little bay right after on the right side. I would recommend to leave this one out as well, depending on your time.

The really great spot was the third bay called lovers bay(After around 20-25 Min of walking) The name is well deserved, this was indeed the best spot for us on the island and you will fall in love with this one. (Marked as „Oasis“ on the map)

Afterwards we got a little lost however, after asking some dude, who seemed to live on the Island, we finally arrived at akvaryum bay(lower entry of two entries in google maps). Took us around 40-45 Min.

Tbh we missed the northern akvaryum bay entry that follows, so we can’t say if its worth it, however, for me it was totally worth it to at least visit lovers bay.

Afterwards the Island unfortunately gets dirtier and not as calm as at lovers bay.

To sum it up: Totally worth the walk(at least till lovers bay) the rest is about your willingness to adapt,...

Akvaryum Koyu hakkında uzun bir yorum yapmak istiyorum. Bu doğal güzelliklerle dolu koy, bazı olumsuzluklara rağmen keyifli bir deneyim sunabiliyor.

Öncelikle, Akvaryum Koyu'nun doğal güzellikleri etkileyici. Temiz ve berrak denizi, çevresindeki yeşilliklerle birlikte harika bir manzara oluşturuyor. Koyun kendine özgü yapısı ve doğal korunmuşluğu, doğa severler için çekici bir destinasyon olma özelliği taşıyor.

Ancak, son ziyaretimde dikkatimi çeken bazı olumsuzluklar da oldu. Koyda genel temizlik düzeyi istenilen seviyede değildi. Özellikle çöplerin ve plastik atıkların bazı noktalarda birikmiş olması, doğanın korunması açısından endişe vericiydi. Temizlik konusunda daha fazla önlem alınması gerektiğini düşündüm.

Bir diğer olumsuzluk ise kalabalık. Özellikle hafta sonları ve tatil dönemlerinde koy oldukça kalabalık olabiliyor. Bu durum, sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortam arayan ziyaretçiler için dezavantaj teşkil edebilir. Şezlong ve plaj alanlarının doluluğu, rahat bir gün geçirmeyi zorlaştırabiliyor.

Ancak, Akvaryum Koyu'nun doğal güzellikleri ve sakin atmosferi hala etkileyici. Denize girmek ve doğa yürüyüşleri yapmak isteyenler için harika bir seçenek sunuyor. Koyun etrafındaki doğal yaşamın korunması ve çevre bilincinin geliştirilmesi, ziyaretçilerin de sorumluluğunda olan bir konu.

Sonuç olarak, Akvaryum Koyu, doğal güzellikleri ve sakin atmosferi ile İzmir'in önemli noktalarından biri. Temizlik konusunda daha fazla özen gösterilmesi ve kalabalığın yönetilmesi durumunda, ziyaretçilere daha keyifli bir deneyim sunabilecek potansiyele sahip.
