Go with a positive mindset and some cash and you'll have fun! 900 TL to get in for adults. You need to top up a pay as you go card to spend money in there which is non refundable (they do warn you of this). Food is about 300-400 TL for a "main", water 30 TL, iced tea 100 TL. Yes the park is a bit outdated, but still very fun. Lots and lots of places to sit, with shade, or to sunbath. Multiple pools to swim in, relax in and loads of slides. Some weren't open however they're just repeats of the ones that are, so no biggie. They take photos of you in the park which you can purchase for 300 TL and you get a digital download as well. Music I had to say, extremely inappropriate for a kids park, totally unneeded. Overall, a fun day if you're not overly budget conscious and you have a good attitude!

I do not recommend this place at all. People who said they had fun and everything was fine, do not really understand what they are paying for and what they are being offered. The entry price is £20, but they are not offering anything worth this money. Everything is old, rusty and dirty everywhere. Some slides are closed, which makes the open ones crowded. Instead, the food was very good and the price ok. They have photographers in the park that can take pictures for you, and you can buy them for 300 TL. They can also give them to you digitally, but only for phones that have USB C, not iPhone wich is strange as we are in 2024. They told me they will send them by e-mail but didn't happen. So a minus point from this prospective. People are giving this place false advertising, and it is not needed.👎👎👎

They ask you to put money on an RFID card to buy stuff inside which is annoying but isn't really an issue because you shouldn't be buying anything there in the first place. Make sure you eat something before you arrive because the food and drinks are incredibly overpriced and taste like dirt. You can get good overpriced food at the mall nearby lmao. Slides are fun though, about what you'd expect from a water park minus the prickly stone path you're forced to walk on that feel like shards of glass.

This was my 3rd time here but the worst experience by far. It was the last day it was open for the season so there were very little choices of just fizzy drinks, or food for that matter.

It's like the staff just didn't care as it was their last day. Most of them just sitting around on their phones or chatting and not paying attention.

The conveyor belt to bring the rings back up to the slide was broke, so people had to carry them up all the steps in the blazing heat.

We arrived to the water park at about 9.45am, we were told the place opened at 10am. Some of the staff were arriving late, then they were having chats at reception while at least 10 people were waiting to use the water park.

At 10.30 they decided to finally open up. They explained that if you put money onto their blank white card via bank card/credit card it would not be refunded if it wasn't used, but if you used cash then it would be refunded at the end. This card would allow you to buy drinks/food.

Most of the locker keys were just keys and if you were leaving your bag in your locker, where were you supposed to put the keys? Only a few of the locker keys had wristbands on them.

Myself and my mother used the bathroom beforehand and the bins hadn't been emptied from the day before and the toilet roll in the stall I used was empty. The bathroom was dirty too and the doors were also broken, I had to hold one door closed while trying to use the facilities.

While we all were trying to find where to go first, we asked a lifeguard what time the water slides opened at. They told us 11, so we sat down somewhere and waited until 11, some of the outside showers were broken too.

At 11, 3 of us from my group carried the rings up to the slide and waited there for 15 minutes. The lifeguard appeared and just went straight on his phone and didn't say anything to us. I was furious because they were late with everything. So I walked back down to the seating area very annoyed and waited. Around half 11/11.45am the slides were finally switched on (but still the conveyor was broken).

I went to try a different slide with my cousin and my son, they brought up a double ring and I brought up a single. The life guard whistled at me as I still had my flipflops on which was fine. But not one of them told me I couldn't use that slide on my own until I'd carried the stupid ring up the stairs and got to the top and then at the slide entrance, the lifeguard there told me no.

The rules for the place, there aren't enough, not enough instructions either and why does the grass carpet just stop when there is still hot ground to walk over.

When I was at the water park 7 years ago I only remember one eating area. We all went to this same one, told we had to order a coffee in the separate bar section. When we ordered, he told us to bring the cups back to them. Clearly the last day so the staff were being super super lazy.

We all went down to the wave pool because we saw the sign that it started at 13:00, I had told my son that it's a really fun pool when the waves are on. So we waited again and there were about 20 people in the water, someone else went to ask about the waves being turned on, he came back and said they weren't being turned on at all.

My son was so upset and I was absolutely furious, the staff absolutely disgusted me at this visit and it was a complete waste of time and money going there. The previous times I'd been there, the people I went with had a great time, but like the rest of Bodrum it was not clean and the staff were very lazy and couldn't be bothered to do any work.

We left at 2 because we weren't sticking around for more laziness and rude staff. We had previously arranged a taxi for all 5 of us to be collected at 2pm. But, because this couldn't be organised properly by the staff to get a bigger taxi for us all, they sent two taxis, so we had to pay twice the amount. It was not an enjoyable day at all.

We request that any photos of us taken by the photographer on site are deleted immediately. He does not have permission to...

Where do I start? This place is horrific. Being searched on entry and having bottled water removed from our bags, which is ridiculous when you consider the temperatures . The place is completely filthy, cigarette butts everywhere and used plasters. Prior to entering a slide there are basins to clean your feet, they looked as though they had an ecosystem growing in them. The footpaths and steps are a crazy paving which are all breaking up. 4 or 5 slides were shut down, with one having a beer can rolling round in it. The slides that are working will leave u black and blue with the seems cutting ur back and calfs. Tonight I feel as though I’ve done a round with Mike Tyson. Shortage of rings causes a tense atmosphere with kids waiting in the exit pools scrambling to get rings. Between the hours of 2 and 3 the slides shut for ‘lunchtime’, during which there is a foam party. Which was extremely weird, 5 foot of foam and two young girls in high heels on podiums dancing in front of families with young kids. All very weird. All the wooden bridges and hand rails were rotten. On the plus there were plenty of lifeguards, however I’m not sure how well trained they were. Can’t imagine any health and safety inspections have been carried out, certainly no risk assessments. Hasn’t had a penny spent on it since the day it opened. Personally I think it should be closed down as it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or even killed. The place was a disaster! Accident...

Keep in mind that if you are not a resident of this hotel you will not be allowed in without a passport (this information is nowhere to be found). Passports are taken upon entering the hotel grounds, which is illegal!!! 1.5 hours after opening all the slides are turned off........this is not to mention that this is an Aquapark!!! 2 of the biggest slides are not functioning.... we paid 520 euros for entry for 5 adults and 2 children. Upon entry we were told that water was included in the ticket price - but when we tried to take water, we were told that it was a paid service. I can say with great confidence that this is one of the worst water parks in Europe..... the word Convenience means nothing to management. After much complaining to the management, we were offered to return for free any day. But another surprise was waiting for us when we left the park. The management informed us that they will not give us free tickets and can only offer a 25% discount on the next trip. I just advise you not to get involved with this place and...
