Akkaya Travertenleri — Attraction in Bolu

It's a good place if you like and appreciate nature. It's good for children Water from the mountains surround flowing through men made sweeming pool. Nothing special apart from sitting there looking at the green landscape all over. The wheath is good you can spend hours there quietly. There are restaurant, shops toilets etc.. The place is isolated far from the city it's about 20 kilometers, there is no public transportation operating in the area, you need to have your own transportation or you can do like what I have done got a taxi dropped us there and agreed time to come back to take us...

A very good view of travertines where is located in the countryside of Bolu. This place is suitable or proper for barbecuo or picnic. In addition to these, there are also plenty of small caves which is consits of lime from prehistoric ages I preassume. Flowing water, that contains calcium oxide, makes its way white lime stone even plants and solid. Ancak piknikcilerin fazlasiyla ragbet ettigi bir yer, sabah erken saatlerde geliyor insanlar ve piknik icin guzel bir alternatif olarak degerlendirilebilir.
