This place is absolutely stunning, the water is so clear the view is wonderful and is definitely a place to see if you are visiting turkey. We planned an activity day here where we did ziplining buggy riding and water rafting. I do recommend beforehand buying waterproof shoes (crocs are okay but no trainers or flipflops) as these are necessities and the place was selling them for £10. We found shoes beforehand in Antalya and bought them for £6. You also need gloves which were expensive and you’re likely to find this cheaper elsewhere. The ziplining was super fun and the people were very kind. During the rafting, it was around 3 hours and we did get a break where you could buy food and drinks. Although our guide did not speak fluent English, we still had a lot of fun and communicated with him well enough. One important tip is to bring a change of clothes. We did not think this through and did not bring any spare clothes and we were absolutely drenched afterwards. They served lunch as part of the activities and this was chicken skewers rice salad and bread and tasted nice. I hugely recommend this place and the activities and it was so much fun definitely a...
Read moreWow, let me tell you about the highlight of our trip! We stumbled upon Isa Abey on our way back from Tazi Canyon, and boy, are we glad we did! Despite not being keen on rafting with our two little ones, Isa assured us it would be smooth sailing—literally. All we had to do was kick back, relax, and soak in the stunning scenery. And let me tell you, it was nothing short of spectacular!
Isa expertly navigated us up to the spring source, where we were treated to the most breathtaking views. Sure, it took a bit of effort to paddle against the current at first, but it was totally worth it! His service set us back 1500 lira (about 50 bucks), and while I'm not sure if that's considered a steal or a splurge, it felt like an absolute bargain for the experience we had.
Big shoutout to Isa, our dear brother, for leaving us with such a fantastic impression of this beautiful land. Picture this: the sound of gushing spring water, the bridge towering above, and the gentle summer breeze—it was pure bliss. Oh, and don't even get me started on how refreshing that spring water tasted!
If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and hop on Isa's boat. Trust me, you...
Read moreThis place is absolutely incredible. The views are so picturesque. However BEWARE of the temperature of the water we certainly did not realise how cold it would be so that was a total shock, but we are fans of an ice bath which was pretty much on par, and I certainly aint over exaggerating when I say that 🥶❄️. We drove ourselves to the Canyon with a rental, we were skeptical because of some reviews however we found it fine and we had a four year old with us. Following from other peoples reviews, there is a lot of kayaking, boat trips and 4x4s roaming around making noise which can be annoying but hey, people just want fun so if you can't beat them join them. You do get approached by individuals offering kayaking or boat trips but we politely said no and they didn't continue to hound us once they asked and were turned away. In fact some were polite and pointed out places for us to check out. I would definitely recommend. Also be aware of rocks falling!! Unsure whether people threw them or whether it was the mountain but regardless be...
